Students who have had to leave school and college due to closures are now resorting to online learning as a means of continuing their education. Consequently, EdTech platforms have seen a surge in demand, with many reporting an increase in user engagement.

The Govt of India has also been very supportive towards edtech with policies like Digital India and Skill India have been influential factors along with several initiatives aimed at promoting technology utilization in education just like SWAYAM platform- providing free online courses nationwide.
